Belk Bowl
The Belk Bowl features a representative from the ACC against either a representative from the Big East Conference or Navy. Held in Charlotte, NC, the Belk Bowl began in 2002 as the Queen City Bowl, was later called the Continental Tire Bowl (2002-2004) and then took on the name Meineke Car Care Bowl from 2005-2010. The Belk Bowl is currently sponsored by the North Carolina based Belk Department Stores and is played at the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina. The ACC won every game between 2002-2007 with the Big East winning 3 straight heading into the 2011 Belk Bowl.
