Fiesta Bowl
The Fiesta Bowl has been a popular college football bowl game since it began in 1971, but really gained exposure in the late 1980's and grew into the BCS Bowl game that it is today. The Fiesta Bowl is held at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, and is the host bowl for the Big 12 Conference Champions. Sponsored by Tostitos, the game is officially called the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl and was the site of the 1999 and 2003 BCS Championship games. The 2007-2008 Tostitos Fiesta Bowl saw the Oklahoma Sooners upset once again, tis time by the WVU Mountaineers of the Big East.
