Famous Idaho Potato Bowl
Formerly known as the MPC Computers Bowl and the Humanitarian Bowl, the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl features an Mid-American Conference (MAC) representative against a representative from the Western Athletic Conference (WAC). Held on the blue turf at Bronco Stadium in Boise, Idaho, the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl has had many title sponsors in the past, including Crucial.com from 1999-2002 and MPC Computers and the bowl was named the Humanitarian Bowl from 1997-2003 before retaking the Humanitarian Bowl name again in 2006-2010. 2011 marks the first year that the bowl will be called the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl. Boise State, the host of the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl, has appeared in this bowl game 4 times since 1997.
