Sugar Bowl
The Sugar Bowl has been one of the most popular college football bowl games for years and has been played every year since 1935. Played at the Louisiana Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana, the Sugar Bowl is a member of the BCS Championship and is the host bowl for the SEC Champions each year. In previous years the Sugar Bowl has been sponsored by Nokia, but thanks to the new sponsor, Allstate, the game is now called the Allstate Sugar Bowl. The Sugar Bowl was the site of the 2000 and 2004 BCS Championship games. The 2007-2008 Allstate Sugar Bowl featured the Georgia Bulldogs of the SEC beating up the Hawaii Warriors, a non-BCS at-large selection from the WAC.
