Armed Forces Bowl History & Scores

The Armed Forces Bowl is an annually played Division I FBS postseason bowl game held in Fort Worth, Texas. Played at TCU’s Amon G. Carter Stadium, the Armed Forces Bowl was called the Fort Worth Bowl for the first three years from 2003-2005. After gaining the Armed Force Bowl name, the game was called the Bell Helicopter Bowl from 2006-2013 before Lockheed Martin took over as the title sponsor in 2014, officially naming the game the Lockheed Martin Armed Force Bowl.

Throughout the history of the Armed Forces Bowl, the game has had tie-ins with the American, Big 12, Big Ten, Pac-12, Mountain West and Conference USA over the years. The 2024 Armed Forces Bowl wfeatured the Oklahoma Sooners facing the Navy Midshipmen.
