The Fenway Bowl is one of the newest bowl games played on the college bowl schedule and is held at the conclusion of the college football season in Division I FBS. Held at Fenway Park in Boston, Massachusetts, the Fenway Bowl kicked off in 2022 when Louisville defeated Cincinnati 24-7. While Fenway Park is the home of MLB’s Boston Red Sox, the park opened in 1912 and has hosted several football games over the years, including home games for the AFL’s Boston Patriots, however the Fenway Bowl is the first bowl game held at the park. Organized by ESPN Events, the Fenway Bowl is sponsored by Wasabi Technologies and features teams from the American and ACC.
